About Us
- For the past 20 years, we have spent building the biotechnology company GeneProof, which grew from a scientific project through a technology startup into a global player with dozens of its own products and customers in more than 80 countries worldwide.
- After a successful exit, we founded the investment company 22 Hor Invest in 2022, through which we use our extensive experience in building and managing companies and entrepreneurship in new projects.
- We want to continue bringing people technologies and products that improve the quality of life not only in terms of physical health but also in mental well-being and environmental responsibility.

Datlowe s.r.o.
The technology company Datlowe is focused on software development, combining AI and deep expertise in healthcare. This allows clinical staff in hospitals to fully utilize the potential of large amounts of stored unstructured data in real-time.
QurieGen B.V.
Polish-Dutch start-up QurieGen has developed a technology that combines a unique procedure of laboratory preparation of target cells and monitoring their response to newly tested medicinal products. The subsequent use of advanced AI modeling creates highly reliable predictions of the organism's response to candidate molecules, which are used by pharmaceutical companies in the development of medicinal products. Shortening development time and reducing development costs will allow new modern drugs to be brought to market more quickly and thus provide additional treatment options for oncology patients.
GeneProof a.s.
A biotechnology company founded by Radek Horváth in 2005 in Brno. It focuses on the development, production, and distribution of technologically advanced products in the field of molecular in vitro diagnostics of serious infectious and genetic diseases using PCR methods in more than 80 countries worldwide. In 2022, GeneProof became part of the ALPCO HOLDINGS LLC group, based in Salem, US-NH.
ALPCO LLC
The American Laboratory Products Company was founded in 1991 and is engaged in the production and distribution of immunological diagnostics, mainly in the US and Canadian markets. It focuses on the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases and allergies. In 2020, it became part of Ampersand's portfolio and later of the ALPCO HOLDINGS LLC group.
Completed Projects
SOLEK HOLDING SE
SOLEK HOLDING SE is a leading energy company engaged in the design, construction and operation of solar power plants in Europe and Latin America. Since its foundation in 2010, the group has implemented over forty projects with a total installed capacity of over 270 MW.
The short-term investment helped the company to accelerate construction in 2023 and thus obtain a significant volume of financing from, among others, the largest manager of financial assets in the world, the American company BlackRock.

CLARA Young Innovator Award 2026
In recognition of exceptional young talent in science and innovation, CLARA, Center for Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing in System Brain Research, has launched a new award: the CLARA Young Innovator Award.
The main purpose is to support and spotlight young innovators and developers creating impactful digital-enabled technology that improves the quality of life of the ageing population.
Supporting the research of neurodegenerative diseases is one of the priorities of 22 Hor Invest, so we are pleased that as the General Partner of this award for 2026, we will be able to reward young innovative scientists and motivate them in their further work.
Bioskop pilot workshop in neuroscience
The BIOSKOP Science Education Center, operating at the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University, organizes courses for students of all ages with a focus on popularizing natural sciences and supporting education in biology and chemistry.
As part of a strategic partnership with INDRC, a workshop for high school students was held in the fall of 2025, which offered practical laboratory experiments in university laboratories, visualization of genes related to biological rhythms (e.g. CLOCK gene) and other practical demonstrations of modern research methods.
We were happy to support this workshop.
The International Neurodegenerative Disorders Research Center (INDRC) is a private non-profit institution bringing together leading experts in the research and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and the use of artificial intelligence to make breakthroughs in the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.
In 2024, 22 Hor Invest became a Platinum Partner.
